Shamwari International Hiring Co. provides employee leasing, payroll and employment services in Zimbabwe. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

From clients: names, business contact details and billing information.

From employees: identity details, contact details, bank details, tax and NSSA numbers, salary, leave, benefits and other employment records.

From website visitors: details you send through our contact form and basic technical data such as browser type.

To administer employment and payroll, meet statutory obligations (including ZIMRA and NSSA filings), communicate with clients and employees, respond to enquiries and improve our services. We do not sell personal information.

We share information only where needed: with the client company an employee works for, government authorities as required by law, banks for salary payments, medical aid and benefit providers, and trusted service providers bound by confidentiality.

We keep employment and payroll records for as long as required by Zimbabwean law and use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect them against loss or unauthorised access.
